Isabella Zoppi
PSYCHOLOGIST
My approach is compassionate and empathetic whilst ensuring sessions are driven and focussed on your goals and values. I believe collaboration, authenticity, and willingness are important foundations in developing a strong therapeutic alliance. My person-centred approach ensures that my clients have autonomy and a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
As a practitioner, I prioritise our therapeutic relationship and work from a relational and attachment-focused lens to provide a space where you feel empowered, understood, and supported. I work with clients across a range of presentations, particularly individuals with mood, relationship, and interpersonal concerns. I have had the privilege of working in both private and public settings from childhood through to late adulthood.
I believe we each have the tools within ourselves to create change and my goal is to help guide you through this process of self-discovery. To facilitate this exploration, I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to encourage and empower you. I tailor my interventions to suit the individual needs of my clients and believe you are the expert in your own experience.
I deeply value the opportunity to work with you and look forward to supporting you in this phase of your journey. If you feel you resonate with the above, please feel free to reach out to our lovely administration team here at GrayMind Psychology to begin, or continue, your journey towards the life you envision for yourself.
