Non-Diet/Eating Disorder Dietitian

Providing eating disorder treatment within multi-disciplinary treatment team
Supporting individuals navigating challenges with their relationship to food.

Accreditation and Membership: Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Insurance and Checks: Professional indemnity & public liability insurances, and eligibility for an ABN.
Experience: Experience in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders.
Training: Formal training in RAVES, The Non-Diet Approach, Intuitive Eating, and Mindful Eating (desired but not essential).
Experience in previous private practice setting desirable

Boutique, modern, newly renovated and well resourced therapy rooms
Active and well-established marketing strategies to promote and build your private practice presence and reputation with GP's and in the field
6-weekly peer supervision sessions within a cohesive multi-disciplinary team to provide regular support and learning
Funded training opportunities
High level administrative support from a team that is well-trained and attentive

Providing psychological therapy within the private practice setting to a range of clients, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Contract position. Must be able to commit to at minimum 2 full client days, availability for 3-4 days per week if desired.
Must be willing to offer some evening sessions (latest 7:00pm/7:30pm) or early morning sessions (7:00am/8:00am).
Potential to work Saturdays if desired.
Required to be fully registered, obtain a medicare provider number, and ABN.

Medical Receptionist - Administration & Client Support

Must have prior reception and admin experience
Those with specific medical reception experience working with practice software and medicare billing highly desirable
Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to multi-task varying types of roles and responsibilities; Ability to work harmoniously in a team; Calm and compassionate nature; Strong work ethic and enthusiasm; High ethical standards with regard to confidential data
High degree of computer literacy essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work autonomously and self-direct.

Client care co-ordination part of the role requires management of a diverse range of clients. Direct client support required wherein you will play an active role in supporting clients along their therapy journey.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Must have a natural ability to engage in face to face and over the phone interactions with a focus on professionalism, warmth and care.
Client care component of the role involves taking intake and assessment calls, assessment and matching of client and therapist fit, managing client appointments and supporting them before and after their therapy sessions by creating a welcoming, warm and friendly environment.
You must have a calm, compassionate and vibrant manner. This element of the role is ideal for those looking to build experience in direct, hands on client care and communications.
Medical reception, administrative duties and general office duties are also required.
These may include and not limited to answering phones, emailing, booking and managing appointments, taking payments, processing medicare rebates, document handling, file management and so forth.
Ensure practice is run smoothly and efficiently. Direct communication with psychologists and ability to manage multiple requests throughout the day.
Also includes general housekeeping, such as cleaning, maintaining and tidying the therapy rooms throughout the day, setting up and closing the practice each day, maintaining and refilling stock and shopping duties.
This element of the job requires a detail-oriented and conscientious person, with a strong work ethic and is motivated to complete a high level of daily tasks.
